Bhagwati (VU3BPZ) will again be at Maitri base, Antarctica from 15 November 2009 till March 2011 as Communication Manager among the 29th IAE.
Activity mostly SSB on 20 mts.
QSL cards will start to be answered after November 2010. QRZ.com for QSL details.

I think the call is supposed to be AT10BP, see: http://www.qrz.com/db/AT10BP
I am leaving on 15th November from my QTH and will fly to Cape Town on 19th. On 20th the IL-76 flight will bring the first group of us to Maitri Base via Novo Runway.
I have received by the Telecommunication Ministry the special call AT1ØBP on time for the long journey in Antarctica. I will operate mostly on 20 meters SSB.
I will remain in Antarctica as Communication Officer at Maitri Base (WAP IND-03) till March 2011.
