“Following recent flooding in the South-Western part of Poland, and a continuing flood threat to the region, the DASR Polish emergency group is reporting that 3760 kHz may be used for emergency communication.
“Please, keep this frequency clear if you hear any emergency traffic.
“Further updates will be posted as they are received.”
