I am coming from Yemen, living in HZ land, and I have my application in Yemen for Amateur permission since 1972 in Aden PTT south Yemen and since 1993 in Sanaa PTT north, after unification.
Every one or two years, when I go there, I checkin the PTT but the reply is negative.
So don’t you peopel bleave this news, that’s why it says ,(it is still in the early planning stages).
The early planning may take 10-30 years, no body knows who will be alive at that time.
