You need 64 QSOs with stations: RP in Russia, Ukraine ?? EO, Kazakhstan?° ?? UP,
Belarus ?? EV1??EV8, Azerbaijan ?? 4K1V, Moldova ?? ER9V. Including in CQ-M contest. All bands (WARC included) / modes. Award is free, just equivalent ???° 4 USD is needed to receive the Award to P.O. Box. For more details – contact pobeda@srr.ru
