   First, the little 9 years old Yoshiki KH0UA and now, the little 9 years old Katia RZ9UMA. There is definitelly a hope for our hobby.

    Hello Katia,

    thank You very much for our great CW QSO today on 20m ! I was very happy to talk to You outside the contest on CW for more than 15 minutes. My hut is going down Katia and congratulation to Your very good skills using the paddle.

    The conditions was not so good on 20m but thanks to good equipment on both sides I copied Your signals very well.

    Again happy birthday Katia and I will be very glad to talk to You on the air CW more often.

    Hi,
    I worked Katia, RZ9UMA on 20m CW and I have to say that she is really amazing girl. We talked on CW for about 15mins and she was able to hold the QSO in 20-25 wpm without any problem.
    My big congrats to Katia for great job and keep fingers crossed to her.

    I am very impressed. We must remember that one little star will not brighten the whole sky. Sadly I can say that there are not many young people taking on with this hobby, especially CW. I hope I am wrong and the sky will be bright again!
