Osten (SM5DQC) is confident that Gus will be able to obtain new documentation for the DXCC Desk. Apparently the 9Q0AR license has expired. However due to bureaucracy things are very slow and expensive in the DRC. PTT in Kinshasa is the only authorities bureau to issue Ham radio license.
