Iain, N6ML mentions Ralph H44RK was on the ANZA net from Liapari Island OC-149, and took a few calls afterwards [as H40/H44RK].
Ralph said he’ll try to be back on tomorrow.

That took some looking to find. Liapari is part of the western province, New Georgia group. It is a tiny speck just off the southern beach of Vella Lavella. Sounds like some place that “Black Sheep” may have been.
I don’t why he using H40 as Temotu is at other end of the Solomons.
Black Sheep= WWII fighter squandron commanded by Col. Pappy Boyington.

I indeed agree with you Tony, Liapari is not H40…….far from it.

Unfortunate for those that think they’ve worked Temotu Province

Ralph has been made aware of the mistake and will be contacting all in his log on his arrival back home on Guadalcanal.
