The Logbook of The World (LoTW) queue has been shrinking steadily since Monday, January 7, when the system was brought back online after the completion of previously announced maintenance involving the installation of a new database server equipped with solid state drives (SSDs).
Since then, the system has been stable and, as expected, the SSDs are proving to be much faster. Currently, the delay between a file being uploaded and processed is about 8 days and is dropping by one day approximately every 10 hours. At this rate, processing may be essentially current sometime this weekend, depending on what LoTW users upload in the meantime.
GREAT job, ARRL – BRAVO!
It doesn’t surprise me.
LOTW is a great tool managed by professionals.
Personally, if I achieved on this:

… The merit is sounds only there, on LOTW.

My log uploaded 30.12.12 still not processed till now. Maybe some additional speed by skiping some logs hi.

My december QSO’s uploaded 07.01.2013, and processed today (11.01.). Great! The last day’s the speed is very good.
Max, I uploaded my log December 26 and it didn’t process until January 8th.
Fingers crossed this new software does what they say it can do.
Looks to be real time now. Thanks to all at ARRL for addressing the problem head on and fixing it with new state of the art drives. Great Job.

Great to see LoTW processing logs so promptly.
However, judging by the queue status data, some users are so enthusiastic that they load up individual qsos. Surely not necessary nor an efficient use of processing power.
