I received an envelope from Jim ND9M (VQ9JC) last weekend. I had worked him for 3 new band-slots last year and sent my card to his US address back in December. I emailed Jim in April and he replied to my email saying that he had just cleared a backlog. Maybe you could try writing to him again? Also, my envelope had been wrongly forwarded to Sri Lanka so it took a while to reach me since my email exchange with Jim.
I have emailed with Jim VQ9JC and he has promised to send me his card. He replies to emails, but maybe he is busy from time to time. I can’t wait to get hold of this card…. :)
Have anyone received a QSL Card from FR1FL, Marcel Reunion?Sent direct SASE Oct, 4th 2012, for our clubcall HB9W, no answer from La Possession in Reunion.

Heres a good one guys. Worked ZD9/ZS1B in 1998 and as a unorganized teenager I did not send a QSL. It appears ZS1B became a silent key in 2006. Does anyone know if he had a manager or if anyone has any old logs/cards. Just a shot in the dart here. ZD9 doesn’t come up much.
Received today 10 & 15m QSL from Svein JX9JKA, 16 days after receiving my 20m QSL.
Interesting note though for future reference with Svein’s upcoming activity from JW land, he put a cross through his own address on the back of the envelope????
It is common in Norway to put a cross through as Svein did. I just means that this is the address to the person who sent the letter, not the one who is going to recieve it!
@ Frank WA3MD: Yes, it works: I’ve sent him my QSL two years ago and he quickly replayed via his german home address… may be he lives now in Germany ! You can contact him via his mail address reported on his QRZ.com page. 73 de Luigi, IK5ZUK
