REMINDER: ZL1LC will be on a micro DXpedition operating as ZL7LC from the Chatham Islands between March 14-20, 2013.
Mode of operation will be PSK31 only – to give PSKers around the world an opportunity to work the Chatham’s on this mode. Check 7.035, 14.070, 21.070 and 28.120 MHZ.
QSL via EB7DX.
Do you actually have an idea in what band segment 7.035 is? It is CW!
There should be masses of folks operating high power CW on this one!
What a shame that there are no statements of all the well earning clubs and associations in regards of this long term matter!
“Halvor” – while your comment is important and needs attention, do you actually have an idea of your callsign? If so, like others do, it would be helpful if you added it.
DXW-Mod
Good luck and have a safe journey. Hope to work you while you’re there.

I see no problem in announcing the 7.035 as PSK QRG for ZL.
The ZL7, at least in my maps is part of IARU region 3 and in region 3 bandplan (updated November 2012) the 7.035 is clearly marked for narrow band modes (NB) including PSK, RTTY and CW of course.
Have a safe trip and please work split and in upper part of PSK window!
Hope to catch you on this mode with 5w QRP :)
Thanks for the kind wishes folks. Only one bag to pack and about ten sleeps to go.
Max power will be 80 watts as we cannot physically carry any fancy amps or antennas. That shouldn’t upset anyone in the other regions, especial on 40 metres.
Look forward to working you, probably on the 15, 20 and 40 metre bands as 10 is a bit dead down here.
The QRZ.com page for ZL7LC will be updated over the weekend.
