Is Kingman Reef still above sea level?

Straight-forward question which perhaps more knowledgeable readers could answer. Evidence in the shape of recent video or images would be excellent.

It’s been 12 years since Kingman Reef was last activated. Club Log suggests it’s now #8 most wanted entity. Even in the year 2000, it was a sandy pebble bank and not much more.

Without getting into climate change debates, the question posed is:

Is Kingman Reef now above sea level – is there definitive proof the reef still exists?

    Wikipedia claims:

There are two small strips of dry land composed of coral rubble and giant clamshells on the eastern rim. The highest point on the reef is less than 5 feet (1.5 m) above sea level, which is wetted or awash most of the time, making Kingman Reef a maritime hazard.
