    LU1ZD from San Martin Base (WAP ARG-08) showed on 20m SSB @ 18:50UTC today, September 18th. Look for a return to 14315Mhz tomorrow (Sept 19) at 18:45z according to QSL manager LU4DXU.[audio:|titles=LU1ZD-20-SSB]

    An amateur callsign is assigned to each Argentine Base – LU1ZA Orcadas [now also active]; LU4ZS Marambio; LU1ZG Belgrano; LU1ZI Jubany; LU1ZB Melchior; LU1ZS Camara; LU1ZC Decepcion; LU1ZV Esperanza; LU1ZR Petrel; LU1ZAB Matienzo; LU1ZD San Martin and the radio officers of the bases are officially allowed to appear anytime they want..
